1. WHO WE ARE
Corporate Telephone Services, Inc. dba CTSBoston (“CTSBoston,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Massachusetts corporation and independent technology advisor. CTSBoston operates as an authorized subagent for over 350 telecommunications carriers and technology providers, and also delivers certain managed technology services directly to clients. Our principal place of business is in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CHANGES
2.1 Acceptance. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal authority to agree to these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.2 Changes to Terms. CTSBoston reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
3. USE OF THE SITE
3.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including to learn about CTSBoston’s services, request information or quotes, contact CTSBoston, and access resources made available by CTSBoston.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any system or network connected to the Site;
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without CTSBoston’s prior written consent;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its content;
- Impersonate CTSBoston, its employees, or any other person or entity;
- Post, transmit, or submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
3.3 No Account Required. The Site does not currently require user account registration. If CTSBoston introduces account-based features in the future, separate terms may apply.
4. INFORMATION REQUESTS, QUOTES & SERVICE INQUIRIES
4.1 No Binding Commitment. Any information, pricing, or service descriptions provided through the Site or in response to a Site inquiry are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or commitment by CTSBoston. All service arrangements require a separately executed agreement (such as CTSBoston’s Technology Advisory Agreement, Managed Services Agreement, or a Provider MSA).
4.2 Third-Party Provider Services. CTSBoston acts as an independent technology advisor and authorized subagent for a portfolio of over 350 third-party providers. When CTSBoston facilitates a connection to a Provider, the Client’s service relationship is governed by that Provider’s own master services agreement. CTSBoston is not responsible for the accuracy of Provider pricing, availability, or service terms as displayed on or referenced through the Site.
4.3 No Professional Advice. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance advice. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for professional advice specific to your situation.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 CTSBoston Content. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of CTSBoston or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License. CTSBoston grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or obtaining CTSBoston’s services.
5.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without CTSBoston’s prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
5.4 Trademarks. “CTSBoston,” “Corporate Telephone Services,” and related marks and logos are trademarks of Corporate Telephone Services, Inc. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any right to use CTSBoston’s trademarks without prior written consent.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONTENT
6.1 External Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Provider partner sites. These links are provided for your convenience only. CTSBoston does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply CTSBoston’s endorsement of that site.
6.2 Third-Party Content. Any content, products, or services provided by third parties referenced on the Site are subject to that third party’s own terms and conditions. CTSBoston makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party content, pricing, or services.
7. COMMUNICATIONS, CONTACT FORMS & OPT-IN/OPT-OUT
7.1 Contact Form Submissions. When you submit a contact form, request a quote, or otherwise contact CTSBoston through the Site, you consent to CTSBoston contacting you in response using the contact information you provide, including by phone, email, or SMS text message.
7.2 Operational Communications. If you become a CTSBoston client, we may send you operational and service-related communications, including but not limited to: appointment confirmations and scheduling updates; technician dispatch notifications (e.g., “on the way” and arrival notices); job completion confirmations; service status updates; billing and invoice notifications; and renewal reminders. These communications are necessary to the delivery of our services.
7.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, CTSBoston may send you promotional and marketing communications about new services, offers, and technology news. You may opt in or opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7.4 How to Opt In or Opt Out. You have full control over the types of communications you receive from CTSBoston. To opt in or opt out of any or all communication types — including SMS, email, and phone — you may:
- Call us at 617-625-1200 and speak with a team member;
- Email us at [email protected] with your name, contact information, and the communication type(s) you wish to opt in to or opt out of;
- Complete the opt-in/opt-out preference form on our website (if available); or
- Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately opt out of SMS communications.
We will process all opt-out requests promptly and no later than within ten (10) business days. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, CTSBoston may continue to send you operational communications necessary to deliver active services you have contracted with us.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
8.1 As-Is Basis. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 No Uptime Guarantee. CTSBOSTON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CTSBOSTON MAY SUSPEND, MODIFY, OR DISCONTINUE THE SITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
8.3 Accuracy. While CTSBoston strives to keep Site content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information on the Site, including service descriptions, pricing, or availability.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CTSBOSTON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF CTSBOSTON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
CTSBOSTON’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, CTSBOSTON’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CTSBoston and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Site.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by CTSBoston’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, and your rights regarding your data. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12.3 Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CTSBoston may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CTSBoston regarding your use of the Site.
13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver. CTSBoston’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
13.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. CTSBoston may assign its rights without restriction.
