Steven is founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer of CTSBoston since 2007. He is responsible for the company’s overall strategic execution, revenue and operational organization. Steven has more than 35 years’ experience as an information technology professional with a wide range of experience in sales, operations and finance.

Kelly is founder and has served as Chief Operating Officer of CTSBoston since April of 2007. She is responsible for emerging business solutions including Security, Infrastructure and Cloud solutions. With more than 30 years in the field of technology, Kelly is a leader implementing provider solutions including; multi-site Internet and phone system solutions in both the Cloud and on-premise, security & infrastructure implementations.

Harry is responsible for the financial transactions at CTSBoston. Harry has been with CTSBoston for over 6 years. He serves as the fiscal sounding board for ongoing projects, budgets and projections. Harry works with the more than two hundred Solutions Providers in the CTSBoston portfolio to maintain pricing, delivery and accountability. Harry’s appreciation for organization and ability to lead others has allowed CTSBoston to grow and foster a responsible set of solutions for our customers.

Gerard is the liaison with over two hundred providers in the CTSBoston portfolio. Gerard has been with CTSBoston for more than five years and is critical in ongoing project management, implementation and support for Cloud, Internet and Voice solutions. His practical and patient demeanor allow him to build a foundation of trusted relationships which he may call upon to bring fast, acceptable and permanent resolutions for our customers. Gerard is the best example of great customer experience.

Unified Communications and Contact Center Specialist

Adonias has been with CTSBoston for two (2) years. He specializes in supporting Unified Communication and Contact Center clients. Adonias is typically assigned to a contact center and Cloud phone system client to answer customer inquiries and resolve customer changes. He responds to requests such as frequently asked questions, troubleshooting assistance, order status, order entry, and many other transactions. He is customer-facing and always happy to help. Office Administrator and Support Specialist

Lexi has both administrative and customer service responsibilities that are vital to the CTSBoston workplace. She is the first-person clients’ will speak with when contacting CTS and makes all feel welcome and important. Lexi supports clients, manages all inbound phone calls, and emails and distributes support tasks for the team. Lexi manages the scheduling software, assigning all Service Orders and tasks, along with reviewing task completion to set up a successful daily schedule. Lexi makes sure client requests for replacement parts, change requests and follow-up are handled in a timely fashion to enhance our customer’s experience.

John is a team leader who directs and manages the installation of CTSBoston’s structured cabling work. John is in his fifth year with CTSBoston and is a customer facing on site supervisor who has firm understanding of the design, installation and management of Cat 6, Cat 6A, Fiber, AV, Camera and Wireless Network cabling.

Ernest is an integral part of the CTSBoston team. He provides expertise in structured cabling installations, as well as paging and cellular systems. Ernest is in his second year with CTSBoston and has continued to progress his knowledge and capabilities.
