Steven Braga
Steven is founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer of CTSBoston since 2007. He is responsible for the company’s overall strategic execution, revenue and operational organization. Steven has more than 35 years’ experience as an information technology professional with a wide range of experience in sales, operations and finance.
Kelly Molloy
Kelly is founder and has served as Chief Operating Officer of CTSBoston since April of 2007. She is responsible for emerging business solutions including Security, Infrastructure and Cloud solutions. With more than 30 years in the field of technology, Kelly is a leader implementing provider solutions including; multi-site Internet and phone system solutions in both the Cloud and on-premise, security & infrastructure implementations.
Sebastian Braga
Sebastian is lead engineer at CTSBoston. He has been a member of the CTSBoston team for over ten years obtaining more than 40 certifications including Mitel, Cisco, AWS, Cloud Solutions and Wide & Local Area Networking. Sebastian is dedicated to understanding and implementing a client’s needs and is relentless in providing solutions which serve customer’s best. Sebastian is valued by clients and his peers as a leader with patience and knowledge providing support, effective ideas and enthusiasm for his craft.
Harry Braga
Harry is responsible for the financial transactions at CTSBoston. Harry has been with CTSBoston for over 6 years. He serves as the fiscal sounding board for ongoing projects, budgets and projections. Harry works with the more than two hundred Solutions Providers in the CTSBoston portfolio to maintain pricing, delivery and accountability. Harry’s appreciation for organization and ability to lead others has allowed CTSBoston to grow and foster a responsible set of solutions for our customers.
Marty Kline
Marty is the senior sales manager at CTSBoston. Marty has been in the communications business for more than forty years and focuses on developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers. Marty provides the wisdom, patience and knowledge needed to lead the young team at CTSBoston and can always be counted on.
Conor Queenan
Conor is a Cloud Solution Specialist with a focus in SDWAN, Contact Center, and Cloud Solutions such as Data Storage, Security and Public Cloud. Conor has been with CTSBoston for more than eight years. Conor’s ability to understand, design, implement and manage a customer’s needs is enhanced due to his background as a certified Mitel technician and network infrastructure engineer.
Gerard Cleghorn
Gerard is the liaison with over two hundred providers in the CTSBoston portfolio. Gerard has been with CTSBoston for more than five years and is critical in ongoing project management, implementation and support for Cloud, Internet and Voice solutions. His practical and patient demeanor allow him to build a foundation of trusted relationships which he may call upon to bring fast, acceptable and permanent resolutions for our customers. Gerard is the best example of great customer experience.
Francis (Bud) Carragher
Bud is an integral part of the CTSBoston team, spearheading new technologies for over 25 years. He provides expertise in structured cabling installations, phone systems, paging and the interfaces between IP and IOT devices. Bud is customer facing and has fostered lasting relationships with CTS clients for decades.
John Cameron (Cam) Lewis
Cam is a team player and has gained vast knowledge in Cloud Systems, UCaaS and structured cabling. Cam has been with CTSBoston for more than three years and is a utility player who uses his knowledge in the field to troubleshoot customer support and management. Cam is customer facing and enjoys interacting with clients to enhance their understanding and use of applications.
David (Dave) MacDonald
Dave is a team leader who directs and manages the installation of horizontal and vertical structured cabling. Dave is in his second year with CTSBoston and is a customer facing on site supervisor who has firm understanding of the design, installation and management of Cat 6, Cat 6A, Fiber, AV, Camera and Wireless Network cabling.
William (Billy) Moore
Billy is a construction supervisor and manages all aspects of design and installation of TV, AV Solutions and data room design. He has been working with CTSBoston for more than twenty years and delivers structured cable systems to fruition with the highest customer satisfaction.
